Bananen Mango Bowl!

  • 50 g crumbled oatmeal
  • 1 big mango if possible ripe
  • 3 Bananas, ripe
  • 150 g plain yoghurt
  • 1 ts „Newsugar calorie free“
  • 150 g unsweetened mixed berries

Peel the mango and seperate the pulp from seed.
Reserve 1/4 of the pulp for later. Dice the rest.
Peel 2 bananas and cut into piece, put the diced mango pulp with plain yoghurt and "Newsugar calorie free" in a glass blender and pour the bland into a smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Peel the remaining banana and slice it with the previously reserved mango pulp into thin pieces. Wash the berries. Decorate the mango banana slices and crumbled oatmeal on top of the smoothie. Done and ready to serve!

Depending on individual preference, adjust the sweetness by adding more "Newsugar calorie free".

Delicious Cookies!

  • 280 g flour
  • 1 ts sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 ts table salt
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 260 g „Newsugar calorie free“
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g dark chocolate chips

Stir butter and "Newsugar calorie free" with a hand blender to foam for 3 mins. Add the eggs and continie the blending for further 3 minutes until the foam becomes more creamy.
Mix flour, sodium bicarbonate and salt in a seperate bowl. Add it to the butter blend and stir both into a dough

Put two layer of baking paper on a baking tray. Preheat the oven by 190C and circulating air. Spread piles of dough over the baking tray and press them slightly in form. Bake it for 10 to 13 mins. It's normal that the cookies soften a bit after being taken out of the oven. Let them cool out for 20 mins.

Dalgona coffee!

  • 6 table spoons brewed coffee
  • 6 table spoons "Newsugar calorie free"
  • 800 ml milk
  • 6 table spoons of hot water

Pour 6 tsp, coffee, "Newsugar calorie free" and hot water in a mixing cup. Whisk it for 6-8 mins to a stable, glossy whip. Meanwhile, warm up the milk by low temperature and keep it unboiled. Fill coffee cups with hot milk and top it with the whip.
